The Lowell Puerto Rican Cultural Festival will like to thank "Kelly's Party & More" located at 107 Central Street, in Lowell Mass for fully sponsoring the 2007 Pageant.

This years event will be held January 20, 2007 at the Rumba Night Club at 76 Merrimac Street, in Lowell Mass.

This is not a beauty pageant,  but a cultural pageant to build cultural awareness where young ladies of Puerto Rican heritage can celebrate their roots and culture.  We take pride in our commitment to make a difference in the community, and strive to be a continuous light along their pathway.

Please join us celebrate our culture... Doors will open from 9:00pm to 2:00am.
